Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical and generalist roles.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of job orders from local Mesa businesses, ensuring rapid turnaround times.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates through networking events, social media, and direct outreach.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools to identify top talent efficiently.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks in Arizona.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and contract extensions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing and recruiting or a related sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly placement quotas.
- Strong understanding of the local Mesa, AZ job market and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
