Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across specialized industries
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage ATS platforms to track KPIs and optimize hiring processes
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and opportunities
- Mentor junior recruiters to enhance team performance capabilities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for candidate/client agreements
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
