Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and executive roles at client sites
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers across diverse industries
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools in Detroit's key sectors
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Present qualified candidates to clients and negotiate compensation packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in staffing or agency environments
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find technical talent (engineers, developers, skilled trades)
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar recruitment platforms
- Strong understanding of Detroit's labor market dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills and client relationship management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
