Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical and executive roles using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with 15-20 key accounts in San Jose's tech corridor
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS platforms to build robust talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to position candidates competitively
- Maintain 95%+ compliance with EEOC and DOL recruitment regulations
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical or executive recruitment experience in Silicon Valley
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements annually
- Expertise in sourcing AI/ML, cybersecurity, and SaaS professionals
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) and data-driven reporting
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup and corporate environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
