Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for technical and professional roles across Portland's key industries
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive networking and community engagement
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews and skills assessments for executive-level placements
- Manage client relationships through weekly reporting and strategic talent consultations
- Mentor junior recruiters on compliance (EEOC, OFCCP) and industry best practices
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to clients and candidates
Qualifications
- 5+ years full-cycle recruitment experience with a proven track record in Portland's market
- Expertise in sourcing technical roles (software engineers, data scientists) and professional positions
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) with data-driven reporting capabilities
- Strong negotiation skills for complex contract-to-hire and direct placement scenarios
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Portland's talent landscape including major employers and tech hubs
- Ability to manage 15-20 concurrent searches while maintaining exceptional candidate experience
