Responsibilities
- Source and vet top-tier candidates for permanent/placement roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding
- Develop deep client relationships across Philadelphia's business districts
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies

Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with tech/finance focus
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong network within Philadelphia's professional community
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
