Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across technical, clinical, and financial sectors using advanced recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Develop and nurture strategic client partnerships to understand evolving talent needs
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment metrics and improve time-to-fill ratios
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and social media prospecting
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment pipeline documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing or agency environments
- Proven track record placing candidates in tech, healthcare, or finance sectors
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
