Responsibilities
- Source and pre-qualify top-tier candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job requisition to offer negotiation
- Develop deep client relationships through strategic talent consulting
- Optimize recruitment processes using our proprietary ATS platform
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal KPIs
- Analyze market trends to inform talent acquisition strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements annually
- Expertise in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with metrics-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-based environment
