Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for technical and healthcare roles across Mesa's top employers
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Develop strategic client partnerships to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for specialized positions
- Lead candidate onboarding processes ensuring seamless integration with client teams
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to position candidates competitively
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize agency recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical or healthcare recruitment experience with staffing agencies
- Proven track record of placing high-demand roles in Mesa/Phoenix metro area
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM platforms
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills and consultative selling abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Deep understanding of Mesa's key industries including healthcare, aerospace, and tech
