Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients in tech, design, and marketing sectors
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage client relationships and negotiate placement terms
- Maintain accurate ATS records and generate weekly performance reports
- Lead recruitment process optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience with 3+ in tech/creative niches
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- Expert knowledge of LA's tech and creative job markets
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-SPHR or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
