Responsibilities
- Source and vet high-caliber candidates through advanced Boolean searches and niche networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients in Long Beach metro area
- Develop data-driven recruitment strategies using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Present qualified candidates to clients with compelling market analysis
- Drive client satisfaction through weekly pipeline reporting and feedback loops
- Mentor junior recruiters on ATS optimization and compliance best practices
- Expand agency footprint through strategic partnerships with local business associations
Qualifications
- 5+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience with tech/healthcare focus
- Proven track record of 20+ placements annually in competitive markets
- Advanced expertise in Boolean search and candidate relationship management
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Deep network of Southern California tech and healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Bullhorn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive client experience
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
