Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients in Las Vegas's hospitality and tech sectors
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry-specific job boards
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to match top talent with client requirements
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics from submission to acceptance
- Foster long-term client relationships through regular check-ins and performance feedback sessions
- Utilize ATS systems to track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in candidate engagement and market analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in staffing or agency environments
- Proven track record of placing candidates in hospitality, gaming, or tech roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong understanding of Las Vegas labor market dynamics and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority client relationships simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
