Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for full-time placements in IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with organizational culture
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media platforms for proactive talent acquisition
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic staffing solutions to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment processes and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets and revenue goals
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of Jacksonville's local job market and talent landscape
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- SHRM-SCP or CERM certification preferred
