Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across IT, finance, and healthcare sectors using advanced Boolean techniques and ATS platforms
- Develop and nurture strategic client relationships to understand hiring needs and business objectives
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and report key performance metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Attend industry networking events to expand talent pipeline and agency visibility
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in Dallas's job market with established local professional networks
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers and manage stakeholder expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment metrics for decision-making
