Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for IT, healthcare, and finance roles across Central Ohio
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ corporate clients
- Source passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments
- Manage applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and data analytics
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven success placing technical and professional candidates
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday)
- SHRM-CP or CER certification preferred
- Strong network of Columbus-area professionals
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics
