Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-volume and executive-level roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Manage client relationships to understand hiring needs and provide strategic consultation
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and coordinate interview logistics
- Leverage market intelligence to advise clients on competitive compensation trends
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment processes
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to agency innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with Boston market knowledge
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment for technical or professional roles
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and networking
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
