Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for diverse industries in Baltimore metropolitan area
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and digital recruitment channels
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical competency
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and optimize hiring processes
- Manage end-to-end placement logistics including offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and post-placement follow-up
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable recruitment insights to clients
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Baltimore's key industries
- Expertise in sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) and applicant tracking systems
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
