Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate job openings in Long Beach and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks for temporary-to-permanent roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates weekly
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Strong knowledge of Southern California job market
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Valid CA driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
