Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse staffing assignments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for temporary, contract, and direct-hire roles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer processes
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in CRM systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs (placement rates, client satisfaction)
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
