Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates through innovative recruitment strategies and industry networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolios including Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and technical interviews for specialized roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative partnership approaches
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment KPIs and pipeline metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle technical or executive recruitment
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools
- Deep understanding of Florida's labor market dynamics and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Track record of exceeding placement targets and client satisfaction metrics
- Valid Florida driver's license and willingness for occasional client travel
