Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for high-demand IT, cybersecurity, and government contracting roles
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across multiple job boards and professional networks
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with 15+ key client accounts
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives including job campaigns and talent pipeline development
- Mentor junior recruiters while optimizing team-wide performance metrics
- Analyze market trends to inform compensation strategies and competitive positioning
- Implement data-driven recruitment processes using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with federal government or commercial clients
- Proven track record of placing candidates in cleared IT roles (CISSP, PMP, etc.)
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding
- Strong proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and CRM systems
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with executive stakeholders
- Valid D.C. business license and active security clearance preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
