Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for full-time positions across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced recruitment technologies and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical competence
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and facilitate smooth onboarding processes
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven staffing recommendations to clients
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal recruitment KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with staffing agencies or corporate HR
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Sacramento's competitive job market
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and social recruiting
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret workforce data and market conditions
- SHRM-CP or CSP certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings
