Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end candidate placement for overnight shifts across logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during night hours using our ATS platform
- Coordinate with clients to fill urgent staffing needs with qualified professionals
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients during non-business hours
- Source and screen candidates through job boards and professional networks
- Process payroll and onboarding paperwork for placed candidates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta's job market and industry requirements
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during client site visits
