Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet client staffing needs and business objectives.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and hiring managers.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Utilize social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed) to proactively source passive talent.
- Guide candidates through the interview process and negotiate offers to ensure successful placements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Salesforce).
- Ability to travel within the Pennsylvania region for client meetings as needed.
