Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment management for permanent positions across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients in Texas
- Execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and technical interviews
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns to attract passive candidates
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) compliance and reporting
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize team workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record placing technical professionals in Texas markets
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever preferred)
- Strong network within Austin's professional community
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification highly desirable
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
