Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client accounts across diverse industries
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening and technical interviews for specialized roles
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed market insights and salary benchmarking
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and industry trends
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize conversion rates and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements per quarter
- Expert knowledge of Denver's talent market and competitive landscape
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers and manage stakeholder expectations
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
