Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments efficiently.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on back-end or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid remote/on-site setting.
