Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and implement technical requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the engineering department.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, design, implementation, and deployment.
- Implement and enforce best practices for security, testing, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions to improve system reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
