Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to elevate team capabilities and code quality.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges within the existing codebase and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack Software Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
