Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from concept and design to implementation and deployment.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve technical debt, optimize application performance, and improve scalability.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and robustness.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or Java, with experience in React or similar frontend frameworks.
- Cloud: Strong understanding of cloud services, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Databases: Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
