Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent in the Jacksonville market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and negotiate competitive salary packages.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track progress and manage candidate data effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and candidate attraction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and social media sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
