Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-priority client assignments across multiple industries
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using advanced Boolean techniques and niche job boards
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through targeted networking and employer branding initiatives
- Conduct behavioral interviews and candidate assessments aligned with client-specific competency models
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client requirements and position staffing solutions
- Leverage ATS systems to track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical or high-volume recruitment experience in staffing environment
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs in time-to-fill and placement quality metrics
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong understanding of Wichita's talent landscape and industry-specific requirements
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex offers
