- Source and engage top-tier talent using advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage candidate pipelines and conduct technical/behavioral interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and KPIs
- Drive placement metrics through strategic relationship building
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate or agency recruitment with technical/financial focus
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Proven track record of 40+ placements annually
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte talent market dynamics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
