Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare IT, advanced manufacturing, and logistics
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from client intake to placement onboarding
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ key clients in El Paso metro area
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and local networking events
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction rate through personalized communication and transparent feedback
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to track metrics and optimize recruitment funnel
- Mentor junior recruiters on El Paso-specific talent market trends and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with proven track record in staffing agency environment
- Deep understanding of El Paso's labor market dynamics and bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required
- Expertise in healthcare IT, CNC machining, or warehousing recruitment highly preferred
- ATS proficiency with experience in Bullhorn or similar recruitment software
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close high-value placements
- Valid Texas driver's license and willingness to conduct client site visits across El Paso County
