Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines
- Maintain accurate CRM data and generate weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with a staffing agency or corporate talent team
- Proven track record of placing candidates in competitive Florida markets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry events
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CTP certification preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license for client meetings
