Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects from initiation through closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor project progress and report performance metrics to senior management.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in the finance, technology, or professional services industry is a plus.
