Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage: Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and executives, providing clear status updates and strategic insights.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Process Improvement: Drive the adoption of Agile and Scrum methodologies to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically manage team workloads and resources to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Project Management within the Technology or Digital Services sector.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, JIRA, Trello, and MS Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in New York, NY.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
