Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress against milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Stakeholder management: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and external clients.
- Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management within the financial or corporate sector.
- PMP or PgMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
