Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure all team members are aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to executive leadership and clients effectively.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize project ROI.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the logistics, supply chain, or operations sector.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and leading large-scale projects.
- Professional Project Management (PMP) or CAPM certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
