Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to align innovation initiatives with future market landscapes
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents and strategic roadmaps
- Lead stakeholder workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Monitor emerging technologies and societal shifts affecting our industry through 2026
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external partners with compelling visual narratives
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term strategic adaptation and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or related professional designation
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or successful strategic implementations
