The Role:
You will provide technical assistance to end-users, diagnose hardware and software issues, and ensure a smooth IT workflow for our client in Virginia Beach.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA A+ certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
