Responsibilities
- Analyze complex, multi-source data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for key stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences through executive summaries and presentations.
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and data visualization trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handling.
