Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex network, security, and infrastructure issues
- Document incident tickets using JIRA and knowledge base systems
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for escalated troubleshooting
- Conduct system maintenance during weekend maintenance windows
- Deliver user training for specialized enterprise applications
- Monitor system health via Splunk and Nagios dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud environments
- Proficient with Windows Server, Active Directory, and SCCM
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently during off-hours
- Valid California driver's license (occasional onsite visits)
