Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems during weekend shifts
- Remotely troubleshoot network infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity incidents
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems across hybrid environments
- Document technical solutions in ITSM platforms with precision and clarity

Qualifications
