Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network infrastructure, cloud systems, and end-user devices
- Execute weekend system maintenance, updates, and security patching
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues with minimal supervision
- Document incident reports, solutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with on-call engineers during critical incident escalations
- Implement cybersecurity best practices across weekend operations
- Support client-specific IT projects and deployments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong network troubleshooting skills (routers, switches, VPNs)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and ticketing systems
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
