Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure network infrastructure (Cisco, Aruba)
- Manage cloud services (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Execute weekend system patches and security updates
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Collaborate with on-call engineers during off-hours
- Support 50+ remote users during weekend operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support or systems administration
- Active CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- Expertise in Active Directory, VPN, and endpoint management
- Strong experience with ServiceNow or Jira ticketing systems
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat-Sun 7am-7pm)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment deployments
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
