Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and define data requirements.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track real-time performance metrics.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and strong scripting skills in Python or R.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and big data technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a contract setting.
