We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Strategy Manager to spearhead our technology roadmap leading up to the pivotal year of 2026. Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive 3-year AI strategy roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives leading up to 2026.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with Chief Technology Officers and R&D leads to evaluate emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Computer Vision) and integrate them into our core product suite.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for executive stakeholders, investors, and product teams.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a high-performance team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify potential disruptions and regulatory changes in the AI sector to ensure long-term business viability.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key industry partners, academic institutions, and AI research labs to stay at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML strategy, product management, or technical leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully defining and executing long-term technology strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage ambiguity, and drive projects to completion.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
