Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum algorithms or quantum information systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in R&D environments
