Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework, aligning with global market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic technologies (quantum AI, biotech interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Analyze socio-technical impacts of emerging tech, ensuring ethical compliance and sustainable implementation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors securing $50M+ annual R&D budgets
- Mentor junior researchers while publishing thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with proven impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, climate tech)
- Executive-level experience presenting complex tech narratives to non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology applications
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting frameworks
